Message from the Minister
Welcome to a church that is alive in God’s Holy Spirit.  We teach the ancient understandings of Christianity.  Yet, we’re not  afraid to present God’s message in new and innovative ways.
My hope for every day  is to bring glory to God in all I do.  I start every day reading the Bible.  God’s written Word means everything to me, helping me to focus on what He wants, not what I want.  After reading I pray for everyone - everyone in my congregation, everyone in my family, everyone in God’s universal Church, and  everyone who doesn’t know Him yet.
We live in a world that is dying around us without Christ.  As God’s children, we are alive and growing in God’s grace.  We have been given the gift of eternal life.  And, with this gift, we’ve been given a message to take out into the world - a message of faith, hope, and love.
Our church is evangelical.  I believe in the ability of God to change and save anyone, no matter what their circumstances.  God is changing this world one person at a time, through us, His chosen vessels.  I believe we should all do our part to bring people to the saving grace of Jesus Christ in everything we do and everything we say.  It happens in our homes, in our places of work, and in our places of play.  Jesus gave us a Great Commission  in Matthew 28.  His commission applies to all Christians, not just the ministers.  Technically, we’re all ministers.
However, our role as a church doesn’t stop at evangelism. I’m committed to discipleship.  Worship is just one of the places we meet with God.  Jesus said, “Where two or three are gathered in My Name, I am there in the midst of them.”
